The Anatoli Apartments are situated on the outskirts of Hersonissos, which is a quiet fishing village in the winter months.

The beach is just 20 meters from the apartments, also within a kilometer walk you will find yourself up in the hills, in the picturesque villages of Koutouloufari and Piskopiano, with stunning views back across the bay.

Crete’s capital Heraklion is a twenty-minute drive from Hersonissos and nearby it is the ancient Minoan palace at Knossos, well worth a visit for its fascinating history.

From Hersonissos, you can easily travel to other nearby coastal resorts and within an hour you can travel up into the mountains and to the Lassithi plateau, 900 meters above sea level, for an excursion you will never forget.
